However, by uploading Customer Property to our Services, you grant White Shoe AI a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that Customer Property for the purpose of providing our Services to you.

You are solely responsible for all Customer Property that you upload, post, or otherwise make available via our Services. You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights to all Customer Property that you submit to our Services
All Customer Property you submit complies with applicable laws and regulations
Your Customer Property does not violate the rights of any third party

You must not upload, post, or transmit any Customer Property that:

Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable
Contains or promotes violence, terrorism, discrimination, or illegal activities
Contains sexually explicit content, pornography, or material that exploits individuals under the age of 18
Promotes or enables the sale or use of controlled substances, firearms, or illegal weapons
Contains malicious code, phishing attempts, or other content designed to cause harm to computer systems or steal data
Infringes upon or violates any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or proprietary right of any party
Contains personal, sensitive, or confidential information about individuals without proper consent or authorization
Is designed to mislead or deceive others

4. AI Usage Guidelines

Our Services include artificial intelligence ("AI") tools designed to assist with legal tasks. When using our AI tools, you agree to the following guidelines:

Accuracy Review: You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of any output generated by our AI tools before relying on it.
No Unauthorized Practice of Law: YOU MUST NOT USE OUR AI TOOLS TO ENGAGE IN THE UNAUTHORIZED PRACTICE OF LAW.
Ethical Use: You must use our AI tools in an ethical manner, consistent with professional ethical standards in the legal profession.

5. Data Usage Limits

Our Services may have usage limits, including limits on the amount of data that can be processed, the number of requests that can be made, or the number of users that can access the Services. These limits are specified in your subscription plan.

You agree not to:

Exceed your plan's usage limits without upgrading to a higher-tier plan
Use any technical means to circumvent usage limits
Share accounts or access credentials to allow multiple users to access our Services under a single-user plan

If you consistently exceed your plan's usage limits, we may require you to upgrade to a higher-tier plan or may limit your access to our Services.
