How do billable hours work?

Each task performed by our AI Associates consumes a specific number of billable hours from your monthly allocation. Different tasks require different amounts of hours based on their complexity and computational requirements.*

What happens if I use all my billable hours?

If you exhaust your monthly allocation, you can purchase additional billable hours within your account. You can also upgrade to a higher tier at any time to get more included hours at a better rate.

Can I add more users to my account?

Our standard pricing is not based on the number of users. The Clerk and Junior Associate plans include 1 user, Senior Associate includes 3 users, and Partner includes 10 users. If you are on the Partner plan, you can add more users than the 10 included by contacting sales@white-shoe.ai.

Do unused billable hours roll over?

Unused billable hours expire at the end of each billing cycle for all plans.

Can I customize which Associates I have access to?

Partner plan customers can request custom Associates tailored to their specific legal needs. For other plans, you'll have access to the Associates included in your subscription tier.
